Miss Francis, Mr Rand, Miss Judge and Dr Smith were joined at House of Lords for the award ceremony by Ms Peyton, Ark Schools Regional Director (Birmingham) and Ark's Birmingham People Business Partner Ms Postin, where they were delighted to accept the award. Miss Francis said "It was lovely to have been nominated and shortlisted and such an incredible achievement to actually win. I feel so proud to work with such a dedicated group of people and it is great for Tindal to have the recognition it deserves."
