The annual Balsall Heath Carnival has been much missed over the last couple of years, so it was wonderful for pupils to be able to take part in this popular community event in July! With Ark Tindal representing England in the Commonwealth Games themed sports events, it seemed only right for our team costume to be St George and the Dragon, with Phoebe on hand in team colours to help control the beast!
With the school choir singing some summer songs to launch the event, and our stall selling old-school favourite cakes baked with love in our 5* hygiene rated kitchen, Tindal's contribution helped everyone in the community to have a fantastic fun day!
